This is not about the staff. They have raised the rent more than two times in one year since this company has taken over. Do your self a favor read the contract. They keep going up . Not 10 dollars in a year . 45 to 50 dollars more . Another increase come November for 25.00. more than the 2.9 percent outlined. There is a class action in New York starting google it for these practices.

Absolutely amazing customer service from Ms Jahaida!!
My experience with her was incredible and easy moving.
I visitors other places but because of her I definitely decided to settle here.
Once again, THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL your hard work and help.

Was welcomed and felt like a human, not a pay check! Jahaida was the sweetest young lady and I'm so happy to meet her. She gave me a reasonable rate anyone would be happy with! Thank you so much to this storage facility!!

The facility is nice but the company is predatory. They doubled the price of my storage unit after 5 months. After speaking with them I understood it is their practice to increase prices after 5 months and again after another 8 months. My price went from $160 to $320. Will they double it again in 8 months time. Don’t recommend this business.

Renting a storage unit can be somewhat nerve wracking. Stash is so efficient and empathetic making one feel relaxed during the process. I’m very comfortable here and definitely recommend it! Thank you Stash for your kindness and great customer service!

Update: when I first started to rent a unit from US Storage I felt they had Friendly service and wonderful customer service. Clean units with easy access. While this hasn't changed, I am disappointed in the constant rent increases every quarter. When I first inquired I asked about increases and was assured that they don't happen often and when they do they are small increments. This is NOT TRUE. Every quarter there is an increase of at least 20%-25%. It's the same excuse inflation property improvements taxes etc...

The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because when I did have a unit there they were very helpful. I moved about 3 years ago and gave up my unit. I just got the deposit check back 3 years later and when I called to inform them it is written to the wrong name and was going to ask for a new check (hopefully not 3 years later) they told me someone would call me back….. well it’s been 3 weeks and no call. I called again today and was told the same thing that the district manager needs to get in touch with accounting. It’s a little ridiculous that it took 3 years to get a check I can’t even cash and now 3 weeks (and counting) for a call back

I've been trying to get in touch with someone at this location for 5 days to no avail. This was via phone and only 1 person was able to help along with 1 person via live chat. One person over the phone actually hung up on me. So today, 02/14/2025, I went to the location where I met Jahaida the property manager. She was wonderful! Unbelievably helpful, polite and she took her time explaining everything to me. If you're planning on using a storage facility, speak to Jahaida, she's a sweetheart. I thank her for her help.
So yesterday, 2/17, I went to my storage unit to put a lock on it before I put my belongings in. There was someone else's lock on it! Unfortunately there was nobody in the office and I had to wait 1.5 hours for her to get back. Not her fault when they have her helping elsewhere. When she got back, couldn't figure out who had put that lock on my unit that I had already paid for. She's looking into it. I was the only one in the computer whose name was on that lease, unit number. So someone is using my unit for free! I hope that I receive a credit.
Update: I received an email yesterday from US Storage stating that they are giving me 30 day notice, starting 7/1, that they are increasing the rent $140 a month. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous! I've only been there since mid-February and am aware they have rent increases but not to this astronomical amount. This facility is not well maintained, lighting on the second floor is poor and it's creepy. Definitely not clean either. I've messaged corporate although I don't think I'll ever hear back. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB also. In my opinion this is price gouging.
