I was in the process of ordering $200 worth of keys and the system automatically completed my order when i had not entered any payment method. The sales guy, David, said my fingers must have pressed something when I asked him why that happened as it concerned me that their glitch processed my payment without me confirming. David told me take is easy, and when I asked him to repeat what he said, he laughed and said nothing. Poor, unprofessional service. Will be taking my purchases for a big company elsewhere. Thanks David.
