took my MIL’s apple watch to the store in attempt to have them unblock it because she accidentally locked it. Lady working was very rude and tried to “charge” it since she claims it was dead but then told us that it wasn’t charging. Meanwhile while she is “trying to fix it” she is scrolling through instagram! We got home and it charged right away.

I had a fantastic experience with Neil Higgins, a manager at AT&T. Neil was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve my issues. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a huge difference. Neil's dedication to excellent customer service truly stands out, and he’s a valuable asset to the AT&T team. Highly recommended!

I went many times looking for help and they didn't help me with anything, the employees were always annoying. I regretted going to this store a thousand times. The truth is, it's the worst thing ever.

The service is terrible, there is never a sign on the invoices, they charge whatever they want, the agents who assist you by telephone only tell lies. Personally, for me, that company seems like a robbery. It is the experience that I have had disgust with the service.

Will Raymond is outstanding, the company does not deserve him!!!!! He is god sent, patient, knowledgeable, sincere in his approach. He deserves to be recognized and compensated accordingly. If it wasn't for him and I had to rely on the online support I would be in bad shape.
