Your tow truck operator was driving extremely recklessly and almost caused a major accident in Monroe on 1/8/25.
He didn’t want to wait at a red light and decided to drive around a car stopped at the light into the oncoming traffic lane and then continue to blow through the red light.
I honestly can’t believe that a commercial vehicle with the company name plastered on the side would drive like this. Thankfully I was paying attention and noticed the tow truck driving in the opposite lane of travel or I would’ve 100% been t-boned. Whoever was driving your tow truck is going to seriously hurt someone.

Joel, along with all of the other workers there went above and beyond to make sure my Nissan rouge was fully fixed and the process was as smooth as ever! My car was hit by a deer and within a week they had the car fully fixed, reassured me of updates, AND even delivered the car to me! Very professional, friendly, informative, and get the job done! I greatly appreciate everything they did! I will 100000% be referring anyone who needs their car fixed to them! I HIGHLY recommend C & M!!!! They are FANTASTIC!!
