Lately they have been horrible! Got a dip french for a wedding, two days later 3 nails were cracked and broken in half. Within 6 days all nails were broken.

I went to Chocolate Nail & Spa in Monroe last week, and from the moment I walked in, I had a bad feeling. I was greeted politely, but then left waiting for nearly 20 minutes as a walk-in. When I was finally seated for a pedicure, the technician disappeared for another 10 minutes and returned chewing her lunch.
The pedicure was sloppy and painful. She didn’t even bother to clean my nails properly—there was still dirt and traces of old red polish visible under the new lighter color. The manicure was no better. My nails were left at visibly different lengths, the sides were not cleaned, and after filing, she immediately put on a base coat that bubbled. When I pointed out that the color wasn’t what I picked, she hushed me and continued anyway.
The service dragged on for nearly an hour and 45 minutes, during which I repeatedly voiced that I wasn’t happy. My concerns were dismissed. At one point, the staff were speaking in Chinese and giggling—I strongly felt it was at my expense. After two coats of the wrong polish and uneven filing, I literally had to fix my nails myself once I got home, spending another 30 minutes before an important event the next day. Even my 10-year-old daughter commented that my nails looked “uggie” and could have done a better job.
When I complained, the manager, Chris, offered for me to come back in two days, but by then my event would already be over and the damage done. Unprofessional staff, terrible customer service, and careless work. Even the polish decals didn’t match the actual colors being used.
I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend that others stay away. This was an awful experience from start to finish.

IVA was absolutely great. Gave my sister a pedicure and it came out really good. If you come here, I recommend Iva.

HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE!!!!! Mani took less than 5 minutes and my nails were not cleaned I showed it to the nasty lady in the front and her response was : TIP! First and last time going there! Please don’t go!!!’

My mother got a pedicure and it was absolutely awful - they spend less than 10 minutes on actually taking care of the nails. I would give zero stars if I could, do NOT waste your time and money here. My mother spoke to the manager after her service, telling him that they barely soaked the feet, didn’t clean or anything, and he could not care less.

The staff here is beyond rude!! I sent my girls just a little while ago to get pedicures and nails done for their proms. I sent them with cash and the staff asked my daughter's to tip more. This is rude and unprofessional to ask kids to tip more. Their prices are already high and they speed through your services. RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY STAFF!

I was there today. I asked for a regular pedicure, the Girl made it soo fast and cleaned nothing and did nothing, was less than 10 minutes she said, Ok finish!!! I'm spoons mad!!!!

The lady was nice but she didn’t even take 15 mins doing my foot pedicure. She barely scrub the bottom of my feet and I still have some loose skin on bottom of my feet and didn’t cut the skins around all the nails. She barely massaged my feet when she put lotion. When they asked her to do my feet in there language she appeared to not want to do it because I asked for someone with ingrown experience for pedicures. I didn’t get any nail polish and I was charged $33. I will not be returning back to this place at all!

I just left this location approximately 30 minutes ago…Worst Service ever in the history of the world!!! The worker “Sharon” had the Audacity to asked me how much of a Tip as was willing to give her, because she works on the clients based on the tips that they Give…The bigger the tip the longer she will work on the clients..Otherwise she will not take her time to get the job done …How can you ask a client such a question?….I advise everyone to stay Far away from this place!!! Because apparently a 20 dollar tip on a 80 dollar job is not good enough for them

not even worth the one star. Quality is no longer a term for this establishment. last time I was here was around the start of the pandemic. The team were diligent in ensuring social distancing and keeping everything clean. Believe the negative reviews and avoid this place. I got a mani and pedi. I noticed the cuticle cutter already had cuticles on it when they started using it on my nails. the polish job on my nails was something I could have done better at home. the edges of the nails were not nearly painted. my feet are still dry and turning ashy as if they were never pumiced. a customer said it depends on who you get to do your nails. so that means there is no consistency in the work. expensive mani and pedi ($$$$) money hard earned and wasted here. management did nothing to resolve the issue. avoid this place and spend your money somewhere where it is worth it. no quality. no customer service. from the previous reviews, there's danger of infection. equipment is not clean. save ur money.

First time at this establishment. Paid $40 +$5 tip for a pedicure with callous removal treatment. Ended up the the worst pedicure. Management showed No interest in trying to fix the problem. He wanted me to slap lotion on my feet and keep it pushing. Business like these should NOT be allowed to continue in our communities. Poor customer service, poor business practices. I wished I read these reviews before stepping into this establishment.
