Rude service completely rude. Old women working at the front called me stupid and gave me attitude for no reason my toddler was walking and I was trying to get a hold of someone and she saw my toddler getting hurt at the same time as me and called me stupid for not paying attention. Rude lady

Aliyana is the star of the store! With all due respect to others, I have had about three encounters with her and not once was she rushing or Rude or refused to help! I’m actually surprised to see overall rating of the CBS to be 2.4. I have no complaints.!! She has been kind to me my kids, my family! Thank you again! Thank you again!

The staff are lazy, they don't want to help you, the staff can't wait the time should show 5:00 so they can get home. Be prepared to get a nasty response if you ask the pharmacist question.

Horrible customer service! CVS Pharmacy needs to do better. All of their employees always have an attitude not polite. Keep you waiting until they decide to wanna help you. Too bad at CVS do better!!!!!

Super rude pharmacist. I’m transgender and had my hormones sent to this CVS because I had a good rx coupon given to me by my doctor (issue with insurance not covering any of my medications rn). I go to speak to the pharmacist and I show her the coupon, and she immediately gets nasty with me. She refused to apply the coupon, telling me that it’s supposedly against CVS policy, and then asks me why I needed the medication. I was shocked, because I didn’t think pharmacists were legally allowed to ask that. So I told her it was for gender affirming care, and she snapped at me again. I was eventually able to get her to honor the coupon and I was able to pick up my medication, but I was so upset by that interaction that I had my doctor send my hormones to a different CVS. I called the new CVS ahead of picking up my medication from them this time and asked them if they could honor the coupon, explaining the situation to them, and they were much nicer and honored it with absolutely no problems. In fact, they were going to apply the discount regardless of whether I called or not. Makes me think that the pharmacist at this location lied to me about CVS policy. Regardless, I am never ever picking anything up from this CVS again.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. 3 weeks in a row they gave me a problem picking up my prescription. This last week they literally admit to losing my script and tell me I have to get in touch with my doctor on a Sunday to have it re-sent even though they found it. The pharmacists are extremely judgmental and gave me an attitude when I called them out. Avoid this place at all costs, what a joke!

This was my first encounter at this CVS and trust me I won’t go back. As soon I got to the pharmacy window the woman says hurry up we are going to lunch. She mentioned her lunch at least three times and then said I had to come back at 2pm to process the insurance. Totally unprofessional. Bad service. If lunch is that important stay home and eat

Today I am very disappointed! This pharmacy’s employee was very irresponsible. What had happened was; I waited for quite a significant long time to even receive the medication in the first place. Finally, when I got home I realized there was a discrepancy in the doctor papers and medication: something was missing. As a result, I called them and they simply just gave a sorry but sorry doesn’t fix the mistake. Then I had to go back to the pharmacy to pick it up! I strongly believe these people need to work on their work and attitude.

I rate a 1 because there is no 0. They constantly give a run-around. They stated that authorization forms went out to doctor for prescription approval, however that never happened. The clinic stated they never received not 1 form, or notification from CVS. They Lie, all about the money, no good customer service.

I went to deposit $200 cash, first he made me wait 20 min ,then instead of testing the cash with the cash detector he checked it with his own hands saying that its better than than scanner.he didn’t accept it because he said that the bills are “washed” when in fact it’s brand new bills.Thanks for wasting my time with none-sense.

I recently bought a gift card at this location for $100.00 to find out weeks later that the card is a FRAUD. When we opened the card, there was no security number and card number was incomplete. Unfortunately I paid cash and I didn't have a receipt. I inquired about this problem and CVS said that they're not responsible for any damage gift card and even if I have paid credit or debit, I wouldn't be refunded. Thanks God I only put 100 dollars but I want to make the public aware that these defective cards are being sold. I know people don't go around throwing away money so please be careful when purchasing gift cards from this location or any other location.
When I called the 1800 number behind the card, they were asking too much personal info like I was applying for a credit card or some type of loan. Be careful with that too, you don't want to be a victim of identity theft. I refused to give my personal info and I lost the $100.00.

Very informative and helpful staff. The pharmacy definitely improved and the waiting time is much less. Everyone is nice and polite. Some customers are really rude. Don't know how the staff can deal with it on a daily basis. God bless them.
