First location I went to in a Walmart in Harriman NY was supposed to open at 9am. When I got there there was a sign that said sorry for the inconvenience, we will open at 2 pm. I had an urgent document so I had to drive 30 minutes to another Walmart in Middletown. The service there was excellent
