Freeman’s is THE most popular and trusted mechanic in Monroe/Woodbury for a reason. Their customer service, their honesty and fairness, and the quality of their work is incredible. My car was DEAD this past week, and I had just purchased a battery from a local auto parts store on Sunday, so the situation was rather odd. I had a horrible sound coming from underneath my car, coming back from PA. I wasn't sure I would make it home. Turns out it was the skid tray dragging. I called Freeman's the very next Monday morning. I asked if they could look at it while I waited. They said to come right in. I waited. It was fixed in a half hour. Freeman's is a very trustworthy business nd they r very accommodating. Thank u again for helping me so quickly.

I love this Repair Shop. Think they take care of their customers more than they want money to take care of their cars. Are honest and give you feedback every step of the way. I will swear by them forever. I have not had a reoccurring issue in the past years. Bruce and Sven are the best!

Explained everything and after I made my choices on want I wanted to do about my car's issues they clamped bump panels that had missing screws with no extra charges. 2012 Toyota running smoothly again. Thank you, Freeman's for great job done. Kudos...
