got fiber from them which was awesome at first, but their policies and customer service side are garbage been. Would recommend Optimum over them any day of the week.

According to an associate I heard that they provide Excellent service and are an outstanding company. Speed and reliability are always there as long as you don't need to stream a show on more than one TV at the same time. Any provider can experience outages due to adverse weather conditions, motor vehicle accidents with utility poles, however, it is the rare company that actually communicates with their subscribers that separates them from the others. Unfortunately, the only communications are strictly limited to the company name. On April 6, 2021 when it was alleged that a happy employee cut the cables in Monroe, NY at 03:45 am the only information that was able to be extracted from Technical Support Repair representatives all day was that 457 customers lost internet service and 4 technicians were splicing the cables back together. When contacted throughout the day no one in any of the third world offshore countries that provide support for Frontier Communications was able to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution or how long it takes for a technician to repair service for one customer or how many customers' service was restored at any time when contacted throughout the day. There were actually representatives that weren't even aware of the major outage. Due to the Global Pandemic many people are forced to work from home and were dead in the water all day long. What is ironic is that Frontier Communication recently started to increase their internet monthly rates by $6.99 on phased basis so they don't lose all of their subscribers at once for an Internet Infrastructure Surcharge. They probably should have paid their technicians more so their subscribers wouldn't have lost a days pay, generated additional data storage billing by using their smartphones as wifi hotspots if they were able to do that. If you have other options, consider them.

Service is terrible!!! Constant buffering and dropping out of service. Then when I cancel they make me pay a whole month of service because they said I was one day into the billing cycle. Terrible customer service!!! Do not sign up, it's not worth the initial come on price.

Raising rates yet again to over $100.00 just for internet service after cutting all their other package services which were over priced and under served.

I wanted a simple low cost internet service. They REQUIRE pulling my credit score. My rating is 823 and I do not care to release it for such a low cost service. I have my credit reporting locked to prevent identity theft. So no @*#*ing way am I giving out my private information for a cheezy $30/month account. Can't risk $30 for one month? Too bad. You lost my business, and after reading these other reviews, I am glad I did not sign up with these hand gestures vigorously. Also, after trying to find information, I gave up waiting on hold, and filled out the form. Next I get a call from a woman who wants to know my present service. No, it is not relevant. I wanted to know what my costs would be. I have to forward you call. YOU JUST CALLED ME. So do you want my business or not? Well, apparently not. They call me and then want to put me on hold. Call me when you can answer questions. I'm not waiting on hold for you, particularly not when you call back and then want to put me on hold. Also, I'd rather not rent a modem, and rather buy it myself. In my house on the west coast, I pay $80 a month for unlimited data a 1GB speeds. Never a hiccup. What do these idiots offer? Apparently, poor customer service, interrupted service, and they never show for appointments. Gestures to these IDIOTS. I'm sending a copy of this review to their Corporate HQ. I will add tethering to my phone service before I pay these IDIOTs anything.

What a scam I signed up for service at 27.99 a month first bill came in at 37.99 plus 10.00 for router. It took them 6 weeks to get service working. I was told they would waive the 49.99 installation charge. On top of this I had 4 missed appointments with no call, text, email stating no one will be showing up. Do not use this service been total disappointment since day one. I will be writing this all over internet.

This is the worst company on the planet. Everyone is totally retarded so customer service sucks. Internet is only $39 a month but not worth $2 for the b******** I hope they go outta business and all the employees are left on the streets because they couldn't do any better then working for frontier, scum of the earth.

Where do I start with this company ? hmm lets see ordered service then some guy came to our home did nothing that day no hook up, nothing. Called back figuring if this is how it's going to go then I don't want to deal with this company ,canceled everything. One week later go out of my house and see someone coming off my roof...asked who are you? "Frontier" he said... I canceled that order last week...Noticed after he was finished 6 shingles are missing from my roof and the wire is currently hanging under two shingles. No answer from Frontier, no answer from the president of frontier....no answers at all.
