“This was one of those rare customer experiences that really stays with you.
I had ordered a Bib Frame from my Ironman World Championship in Kona 2024 — something that represents 15 years of hard work and dedication. Unfortunately, the original shipment was lost in transit @ UPS.
Even though this situation was not their fault at all and UPS didn't help in any way, Fond Memories Graphics stepped in and handled everything with incredible care.
They reproduced the frame and sent it again — and this time it arrived safely.
What impressed me most was not just the product (which is excellent), but the attitude: responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to help.
In a world where customer service is often just a formality, this felt personal.

“Brought my Lenovo thinkpad laptop in because I had a hardware problem: screen backlight stopped working (i.e. if I shine a light on the screen, I can make out white windows and some super faint text but it's almost impossible to decipher). Was explained timeline and what to expect. Got a call the next day that it was fixed! Communication is professional and direct. Very appreciate a business like this in the neighborhood. I'll definitely be back when I need other tech support and repairs. Thank you!”
