Bought some cars with issues and they promised to help me set up appointments, but never followed through. Ended up having to arrange appointments myself, which took hours.
Let's face it, they're nice until you buy, then the attitude changes. It's not genuine kindness, just sales tactics.
Then there's the problem with the transmissions and engines. Transmission trouble after just 900 miles? That's laughable. And they try to push it off as if it's not their problem. Of course, it's their problem; I'm having car issues before even hitting 1000 miles.
Now I've made a deposit at the Benz dealership.
Joel was the sales person.

Hershey's auto is the best place to get your cars! excellent inventory of vehicles, quick approvals aggressive rates on financing. I just purchased my second car from them, in and out very quickly with my new vehicle, Jack & Joel were awesome to deal with.

Hershey's Auto, my first time using them, and now long time friend.
I purchased a used car from Joel, service was great, quick and professional. From first contact, to car in my driveway was only 4 days, would have been sooner but the weekend! They even helped me with the confusing Insurance stuff! I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle or vehicles!
