  Needed a tow because of a flat tire. Dispatcher Mike went above and beyond to get me taken care of despite a staffing emergency on their part. Props to him and to the worker who showed up on their day off to help me!

  Today my wife took our car in to Loyal because there was a warning signal that the back was open. We had checked it but could not shut it properly. Loyal quickly found what was wrong and fixed it. And they would not charge us because it was an easy fix. We have always had very professional service here. Other reviews here have been negative..l I have no idea why because we have, in the years we have used their services great experiences…highly recommend them!

  I’d give 0 if I could! I made an appointment for my car. Brought it in for service. Was told would be taken 15 minutes. I called 2 hours later since I had a friend with me to take me to car when ready. Was told “it’s on the lift now”. 2 hours later friend had to go so I said take me back to car. Was NEVER touched or moved from where I parked!!!! No explanation other than you’re next! It was now after 2! How many days did they plan to keep it for, or bill me in hours? 4 hrs and nothing! But they lied twice. No ethics!!! Also goes by Apple Auto. 320 rt 17, Monroe ny

  I got a flat at 5:25 on Friday night. It took me 20mins to get wheel off. I got to the shop at 5:55 and the staff waited for me and helped me get back on the road. I can’t thank them enough for staying late and helping me get back on the road. Thanks!

  This company had my bosses Truck for 18 Months. Went to court and they lost.. They had to credit the $75,000 Bill and Give the Truck Back.. Do not let AAA send these people.

  I had my truck towed to Loyal Tire & Auto Center, Inc. due to a known alternator issue, which I clearly explained to the mechanic. Despite already identifying the problem myself, I was quoted over $1,200 for parts and labor—a price I found extremely high for the job. When I declined the repair and decided to take my vehicle elsewhere, I was still charged $160 for a so-called “diagnostic” fee. The staff was rude and unprofessional throughout the process. Save yourself the hassle and money—take your car to a more honest and customer-friendly shop

  Towed the truck of my company, from Chester to Monroe, Charge $1900. Just for the tow. Only would take cash. Very unfair business practices. Only Used because of Chester Police. They Take advantage.

  Dealership in the area quoted me 4000$ on repairs to my vehicle. A friend recommended bringing it to Loyal. Peter from service was great and fixed the same issue for a fraction of the price. Fair prices and transparency are hard to find but can be found at Loyal.

  These are the worst people.. The only reason why they stay in business is they tow peoples cars, dispatched by the town, or AAA. They charge exorbitant rates and hold you hostage.
