Monroe Federal Plaza features several businesses, including Tosco's pizza, Wah Mei Chinese Restaurant, and a Spanish Restaurant and Bakery. The plaza has some shops that look great, but the overall area appears run down, old, and dirty. The quality of service at the car wash has declined recently, with incomplete cleaning despite paying for platinum service, leaving rims, door jams, and cup holders still dirty.

    This place use to be great. The last three times I went. They did a bad job. My car was not completely cleaned .I got the platinum service and my rims , door jams and cup holders were still dirty

    The strip looks run down, old, and dirty. Some of the stores look shady. LaLima's, SoHo, and one or two other shops look great. The rest I do not trust or want anything to do with.
