Very. Helpful, they carry some products that are not carried in large pharmacies. For example, I recieved a blood pressure monitor that is small enough to travel on the plane, records and is easy to use. The help here is fantastic and personal.

Wonderful business. The pharmacist and his team take the time to get to know you and discuss medications and treatments. You certainly don't get the big box treatment of a CVS or the like. Small town feel, makes you happy to know there are still great people running great businesses around.

I recently moved to Chester and needed a pharmacy to rely on for my monthly prescriptions. James and Muhammad are both so courteous and competent, and I’m relieved that I found them! My one wish would be that their vendor would someday be able to obtain my more expensive brand name prescription, which unfortunately I have to use Rite Aid for. It would just be more convenient and less stressful to have Monroe manage all of my meds, but I only foresee this being an issue for a VERY small number of patients. Other than that, my first experience with Monroe Pharmacy has been wonderful and now I feel much less stressed out knowing that they’ll be my go-to pharmacy each month. Thank you guys!

I Went To This Pharmacy For My Medicine. I Was In Shock. They Were So Kind. They Helped Me Out With Prices, My Pharmacy Would Never Do That. They Also Deliver. I Couldn’t Believe Their Hospitality. The Owner Is A Wonderful Man. The Best Of Pharmacist’s I Have Ever Met. If You Need Something, They Will Order It. The Hospitality Of The Woman Who Work There, They Are Wonderful. Wow!!! Unbelievable prices. I typically get my prescriptions from CVS because it's convenient. However, recently I was shocked when a prescription sent to them would cost me over $100. My husband had a similar experience and his doctor recommended a local pharmacy. He paid only $7 for the same prescription, whereas I paid $5 for mine, and not $105. It's frustrating to see big chain pharmacies overcharge consumers while smaller, community pharmacies offer better prices. I want to thank Monroe Pharmacy for its affordable prices and friendly service.

The service at this pharmacy is always spot on. They greet you with a smile and answer all your questions with much patience and kindness. A small local pharmacy with attention to detail. Best part of it all, is that they have a large inventory and always have my medicines in stock. .

Halfway from Buffalo to visit family in Monroe, I realized that I forgot my prescription medicine. I was recommended to seek help from Monroe Pharmacy. The pharmacist and assistant were extremely welcoming, understanding and helpful to me. They truly saved the day by providing me with a few replacement meds. Thank you!!
