“It was my first time going to a postal office to help my aunt ship a package, my aunt doesn't speak english well and wanted me to ask the lady who was working there a question, i asked the question and the lady stared at me for awhile and mumbled her words to the point i literally didn't hear anything she said and seemed very annoyed for no reason. Im not sure if that lady still works there but the other times i went it was different workers and they were definitely way more helpful and nice.”

“Kevin helped me estimate the shipping of a package, unfortunately I need a cheaper shipping option than what USPS could provide but he was kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Thank you Kevin!!”

“Whoever was on duty in creamery dr New Windsor today 7/6/26 . Went above and beyond to make sure my delivery was safe from the rain. I saw on camera the postal worker carefully placed a plastic bag on top of my delivery and rang the bell. For privacy, I don't want to release the video. That was very priceless. Job well done ✔ 👍 👌”
“Really helpful people with the whole passport process!! Special thanks to the supervisor Brian who managed to fit us in last minute!!! We came here after a TERRIBLE experience at Monroe post office and will probably come back for all my services here!! Very nice and friendly staff!!”
“Fantastic post office , friendly staff with no bs. Just maybe have a few minutes to give yourself this isn’t a convenient store or a fast food drive thru. ??❤️!!!”

“Some post offices can be a nightmare, but the Washingtonville Post Office deserves a solid FIVE STARS!
Having been stationed and worked with various branches, I can confidently say the service here feels more like a privately owned family business than a typical post office. The staff is incredibly professional, efficient, and genuinely cares about their customers.
I have no obligation or relation to write this review—I’m just truly blown away by their outstanding customer service! If every post office operated like this, mailing and shipping would be a dream.
Special shoutout to Yvonne and Ruben for going above and beyond!”
“Wanted to give thanks to Mike Astorino Post Master and Mary

“Not all USPS are the same
This is the cream of the crop
The best
The nicest sweet people even
Just stop by and buy a stamp
Enjoy
Thank you”
“I don't understand why all the negative reviews because Debbie, Sophia and Adrian are simply the BEST!! They're all so helpful and friendly and most importantly, extremely efficient and fast!! It doesn't get any better!! Instead of 5 Stars, I would rate them a 10 out of 10 if I could!!The service at this Post Office is excellent in every single way!! I wish every U.S. Post Office was this wonderful!!”

“I’m extremely surprised to see the low score on reviews. This US postal office employees are well educated, polite and helpful. Even a clerk greeted you so professionally every time to every customer. I think his name is Michael. Lots of parking available.”
