Although I had a scheduled appointment despite no one else in waiting area I still waited additional 16min to be called in. There was not even an an apology for additional wait time from young staff member and she was also very curt in her conversation with me regarding questions/answers about my visit. I have been using Quest labs consisitently but my experience today was unprofessional and worth a review. Next time I'll go to another location or try LapCorp.

Demi, the phlebotomist, was welcoming and drew my blood painlessly.
I received my lab results in less than 24 hours.

I had an appointment for 7:10am on a Monday morning. I leave my place of employment, during my shift, to keep the appointment because my supervisors are very flexible when it comes to health appointments but I don't like to take advantage. I arrive at the facility at 7:00am on the dot and the door is locked. I sit and wait in my car while others begin to pull up and wait as well. I waited 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Facility still isn't open. Hours on the door state they are open from 7:00am-3:00pm. Guess not. I don't have all day to wait and to me, they have cancelled my appointment without notice. I needed this bloodwork done for a subsequent check-up the following week with my primary. Now I have to cancel that appointment and try to reschedule, which is usually months out. I also have to reschedule my bloodwork on the chance that this won't happen again. I tried going the next day as a walk-in but, again, could not sit and wait for too long because I was here during my work shift. I highly recommend you not using this facility as your testing center!! Run! Don't walk to another facility.

Everything was perfect other than I had a nine forty appointment and was not seen till ten thirty. I thought that was a little excessive.
However, the person that helped me was extremely personable, Professional, Courteous and pleasant, so that made up for everything else. Want to make sure she gets recognized

Ridiculous wait times even when you have an appointment. Only two people working at a time. If you can avoid it, don’t go there

This is the worse branch I've been too. They told me I didn't hv an appt let me leave next time I went there she said oh I did find u. I said well u didn't u run after me. I had to set the whole thing up again.
