If I could do zero stars I would. The ATM had no out of service sign and took my debit card. Mind you im from Illinois so 15+ hours away. Leaving me with no money or anything all the tellers could say was there's nothing we could do, if we put our card in it would do the same. Unprofessional beyond means, if you bank with this location I suggest you don't anymore. Beyond frustrated and now I have no way to pay for anything to get home.

ATM does not work. Their so called solution was to place a cone, not in front of or in the middle but after the ATM. There are no signs anywhere that the ATM is down. Since there were no signs, I used the ATM and it took my card. I recently moved from out of state and needed to get some cash. The staff at the location was zero help and the supervisor gave a snarky remark saying "thats why a cone was there." I called customer service to reach out and get my card because i now have zero access to my funds. When asked to have them call to get ATM opened they said no and when they did come, any non TD cards are shredded. Horrible customer service and absolutely useless bank. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Put a sign up at the minimum and teach the staff how to handle themselves appropriately.

Unfortunately, the staff behaves very badly. As if you were going to steal from them, they make you feel bad. I definitely don't recommend it.

I don't recommend this bank, and I don't say that lightly. Each TD is allowed to run and enforce different branch rules. This one in particular picks and chooses what day they'd like to enforce a rule. I personally appreciate consistency, especially when it comes to money.

All the bankers will do is disrespect you because they don’t know the answers to the questions you need to know about your money they do not care at all about the people that are the reason they have a job the banker Kathleen is an embarrassment to the company meanwhile she doesn’t know anything and is extremely disrespectful
