Pharmacists & assistants lovely & competent, friendly & patient, as are all the employees in this location. I miss the convenience of Walgreens next to ShopRite, but still fine service.

I have been a walgreens client for years. Once they closed the shoprite location everything went to hell. I have had my prescription held hostage dealt with rudeness from the pharmacist himself. I was told a prescription was ready when I called only to find out it was never ordered. I called corporate and was supposed to hear from a regional manager. Big surprise no one called me. When I called today to make sure my medication came in I was yelled at by one of the workers. I never leave bad reviews but this place is awful. Obviously I am now a cvs customer and will NEVER return to this location.

Extremely Rude and unprofessional, Dr sent over prescription for my medication. I Waited patiently with no one else in line or waiting while 3 ladies talked about their missing gift card. When I’d ask for help they’d look at me and say we will help you in a minute as they continued to have personal conversations they then told me after waiting over 30 min for my script to come back in an hour.
Very rude !

Side note: I personally don't use Walgreens but figured Id write this review. Went here on Tuesday September 16th 2024 with my dad to check on his prescription because he had received a phone call about something related to his prescription. It was more test strips and a machine, but the machine wasn't ready yet. But the pharmacist was very nice and friendly and answered his questions. Friendliness is what matters I think! Putting it this way, not sure if my insurance can accept Walgreens but I would go there myself for the friendly service, especially if one has questions!

Apathetic service at the pharmacy. I was unable to remediate a refill since 4/11 until today, 5/1. The pharmacist blamed my doctor but I have a record of the number of attempts that the doctor's office made to the pharmacy. I asked to have the refill sent to a competitor so I don't have to deal with the incompetence I've been dealing with at Walgreens. They are unable to assist so I am having the competitor take care of the issue. Rude customer service! I am switching to an online competitor that at least has the medications in stock when refills are due. Good riddance!

Although they don't take UHC community plan but they take GoodRX!!! I like shopping around for meds that is not covered under my insurance. Minus one star for customer service

This walgreens is completely unprofessional.The Pharmacy dept is rude and obnoxious and the rest of the front cashiers seem upset when they have to actually get up and help a customer or ring you up. In addition, it is really unprofessional and close minded for the people at the pharmacy to ask you your name and because it sounds Latino, immediately proceed to respond to your English questions in Spanish. Serious training needs to happen here..I can't even begin..

The other negative reviews are supported here. My wife made appointments for three of our kids to get the vaccine. We had to keep the kids up because the only appointments were 8pm. So we kept the kids up later, they worried all day about the shot. We show up and the "manager" says that she just tried to call us. (The drive to the pharmacy is literally 4 minutes.) "We ran out." So all that for nothing. This pharmacy is trash. How can you go to work every day and treat people like that? Do you sleep well? What a shame.
