Went from best to worst!!!
New ownership doesn't give a f... about this place, it's dirty, and all coffee machines are always broken. Haven't had a latter machine in over a year, and now the regular coffee machine has been broken for weeks.... seriously unbelievable!!!

I used to have a good experience at the 711 however, after today, I don’t think I will walk back in there unless the night employees are changed.
Unfortunately, tonight the cashier was extremely disrespectful and lost this temper over something extremely silly and started yelling at me for absolutely no reason.
If you want to be disrespected, yelled at and ashamed, then this may be the place for you.

I live in Brooklyn New York and I frequented many 7-Elevens and I've been to 7-Elevens across the country but I have to say this is one of the friendliest 7-Elevens I've ever been to. When I visit my grandkids I always take him to the 7-Eleven the owner's son calls me Grandpa he's as friendly as anything the whole staff is friendly it's just a great nice warm place to walk into. So if you're traveling anywhere near Monsey New York popping they'll be very happy to see you and you'll get a big smile.

Workers at this 7-Eleven are extremely rude, I tried to buy something here and they needed to see my ID, but their machine was malfunctioning and didn't scan my ID properly, and they threw me out of the store while swearing at me suspecting me to be underage with a fake ID, even though I am well over 21. Would never recommend you go to this location.

Very rude and disrespectful guy at night. FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON STARTS YELLING SCREAMING AT ME AND SAYS GET OUT. I was on my phone talking walking around getting items and he starts yelling and becomes very disrespectful, and when i asked what happened he gets even more mad, so i left. This is not acceptable
