Avoid this branch at all costs—they are utterly incompetent and blatantly dishonest. I had a trip planned and needed foreign currency. They guaranteed it would be ready in 1-2 business days. Guess what? No one called me. I had to chase them down, and every time the phone rang more than four times, I was transferred to a useless call center in India that couldn’t help me. I called over 50 times just to get through to someone at the branch.
When I finally did, they hung up on me after putting me on hold. This was Day 4, well past their promised timeline. I had to call another 30 times just to get through again, only to be told the currency still hadn’t arrived—and my flight was that same day. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.
This branch is a mess, as evidenced by their abysmal 2.7-star reviews. Why hasn’t JP Morgan Chase fired the people running this circus? It’s appalling to see a bank of this size operate like this. If you’re late one day on a Chase credit card payment, they’ll slam you with a $40 fee without hesitation. But when they lie, miss deadlines, and completely fail their customers, it’s somehow excusable?
This branch doesn’t deserve your trust or business. JP Morgan Chase should be ashamed of the way it treats its customers here.

I arrived on time, in they telling me, sorry your banker will arrive in 25 minutes, he is late today, daymmm

Extremely understaffed long lines the drive through you will wait forever to get served ATM is not working every other day.Expect a 20 minute wait at the drive through window
