I discovered, to my dismay, that I was just about out of prescription medicine that I need to regulate my blood pressure. I went onto the CVS website to order a refill and it was ready the next morning.

I use CVS pharmacy for a number of things including Over the Counter items, Prescriptions and Immunizaitons. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Called the pharmacy specifically to ask when they were open until, they said until 8pm. I got there at 7 and they were closed- the person working in the general store said they closed at 5. Really ridiculous that the pharmacy doesn’t know their own hours.

The problem isn’t so much the staff, it’s that the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Wait times are horrendous.
CVS would just pay for one more person working there probably would improve the situation.

By far the worst pharmacy I ever dealt with they tell your meds will be ready tomorrow and they push it off another day and then push it off another day. Literally, there is such bad pharmacies here we can’t get anything go to the one in suffern maybe a lot better luck.

If you plan to come here for UPS drop off, don’t do it. They’re completely lost. They don’t know when they come pick up. They have no idea what they are doing. The people in the front are completely lost. They look at you strange and kind of we should ever drop off UPS over here Makes you feel so uncomfortable

Bathrooms not working. Had to wait a long time before I was served and there was no one on line.
