Due to demographics this pharmacy is closed on Saturday. However there is a significant number of residents who need access to prescriptions everyday. I went there on a Saturday to pick up an RX my neighbor needed immediately. I was told that I could go to any other CVS. The closest ones (3) are 15 to 20 minutes from this one.

I've called the pharmacy numerous times, but no one ever answers. Even attempts to reach the store manager were unsuccessful. The customer service at this pharmacy is terrible. There's often a long line at the counter, with only one person attending to customers. Despite waiting in line, they prioritize someone from the drive-thru who just arrived. The counter employees need better training.

I waited on the phone forever, and when someone picked up, they said hello and hung up without giving me a chance to answer hello. I called the store, and the Manager, Lauren, did not want to help me. That is sad.

Had a medication experience similar to the others posted. My medication which is a controlled substance medication used for postoperative pain was put in on Monday, January 8. I’m still waiting for it as of January 19. The automated system said it would be ready by January 18 after 3 o’clock. When I went to the pharmacy I waited 20 minutes in the drive-through was told to come inside. No one saw me for another 20 minutes I got upset I asked to see a supervisor. They said she wasn’t available, it’s just absolutely incredible. Then I was told the medication wasn’t in stock. How do you like those apples? I can’t reach the customer service to find out what can be done. It seems the whole world has gone mad.

Took a week for them to tell me my medicine wasn't in stock via text. And then had to wait 30 minutes to reach a representative to see what the alternative is which I was told they had the brand name just not the generic. All in all took 2 weeks from when order was placed until I received my medication absolutely bonkers!

Had a good experience at the drive-thru. Yes, there was a bit of the wait from the vehicle in front, but at the window it was quick (had completed the pickup process on the app). The pharmacy staff at the window was a young woman who was super professional and efficient.
