Very bad customer service didn't give me what I need and when I came back half hour later to tell them this will not work for me they still charged me for the day even though I ordered a bigger car and they didn't have it

Good staff, i didn’t have a reservation Staff told me to call or make one online super helpful, but i looked at few cars from the inside YES they were clean but all the cars smelt really bad, and just threw me off, i then went to the enterprise in haverstraw and got a car from there and it smelt great it didn’t have any bad odor and haverstraw team helped me out wonderfully, if you rent from monsey enterprise be aware that all the cars might be clean but they smell horrible.

I thought this place was great until I realized through my own experience and the experiences of others that they are crooks. They gave me a rental through my insurance while my vehicle was being repaired and told me to get the extra insurance through them which would be returned on the rental vehicles return . I was informed after I returned the vehicle that I they were keeping the deposit because that is what the deposit is for , this group of people are swindlers , DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA INSURANCE !! Your inspection follows you and it’s just a way for these scamming low life’s to make money off of their vehicle !! Stay away from these people , better entails through other companies !

I worked with Mike, a manager at this location and he was excellent. He was able to get me a larger car to suit my needs and was super accommodating and friendly. The car was clean and new and the process was seamless. I highly recommend this location
