Very nice, high end fabric, and the store owner is a gem. If you need real silk, quality woolens, or eveningwear fabric, this is the perfect store. Nothing beats being able to shop for fabric in person.

Such a large range of fabrics and textures! Affordable & the owner/worker was great and accommodating. I will definitely be going back!! update i asked for a yard of 2 fabrics and she completely skimped me on the second one which was silk but okay sis collect your coin!!
