I do not recommend this service. I brought them my computer, and they didn’t even have a charger to check if that was the issue. I had to wait several days until they got the charger. In the end, they called me and said the problem wasn’t with the charger, but they wouldn’t fix it anyway. I ended up paying $45 just for them to check if the charger was broken, which it wasn’t. Complete waste of time and money!

Just found this place. My computer died at a very inopportune time and they helped me find a new computer and retrieved all the data from my broken computer. They did all this in one day. Their service was good and reliable and their attitude was polite and accommodating.
