I had the most AMAZING experience at laced shoe! Customer service was INCREDIBLE!!! They really bent over backwards!! It made it a breeze to figure out the shoe size although I purchased it online. They went back and forth with me, instantly responded to my messages without making me feel like I'm bothering. They helped me to effortlessly exchange sizes too. ONLY AT LACED SHOE!

While they don't have as much of a selection as Hal, Laced Shoe is the place to go in Monsey.
I'm really pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend!

I don't know where the certified fit specialists are at the Hackensack NJ Red Wing store, but they certainly weren't there today. When I asked to be fitted, we were told their iPad was rebooting and they did not know when it would be done. It may be old school, but not even a brannock device? I was told they only had 2 models in my size. When I asked if the Wayne store had the model I was interested in, the salesperson suddenly came up with a pair. No fitting, no suggestions when told what I needed them for... just given the box and left to try on with no input whatsoever. There were no other customers in the store on this Saturday afternoon, and I can now see why. One star is more than this place deserves.
