This was the last stop on my day trip to Montauk, and really capped the trip off perfectly. We started with the Bay scallop appetizer. Crispy greens, flavorful bruschetta, loads of bay scallops. Everything in the dish came together great. Now, most of the dishes are family style, but since we were here in the off-season, they had single size plates. We ended up splitting the short rib and the fish of the day dish. The short rib was extra tender and had great flavor. It came with a side of polenta and broccoli rabe. The broccoli rabe was really good, but the polenta was just okay. The fish dish was the winner here. The fish was crispy on the outside and super moist on the inside. It was seasoned lightly and cooked perfectly. The crispy Brussel sprouts it came with plated so well and tasted even better. The cheesy rizzoto was out of this world. It was so thick but had great flavor, and the cheese wasn't overpowering. I would come back for a bowl of that rizzoto itself. If you appreciate great food, with fantastic service, and a beautiful view, then this is the place to come.Parking: Small lot.

So we took our yearly trip to Montauk, my mother recommended this restaurant and the menu LOOKS delicious and the place is cute. Firstly, the place opens at 5pm. If your reservation is for 5, make sure to show up promptly then because they’ll make you wait outside until 5 exactly. There’s no bar to sit at, and the waiting area is freezing. Then you finally get seated, the poor servers are overwhelmed because all of their tables are sat at once. They kind of rush you to order, understandable when you get slammed with 10 tables, but still annoying nonetheless. Now let’s talk prices vs quality. The price is not justified for the quality of this food. Each item ranged from like $45-$75, and everything but the bread and mashed potatoes was HORRID. We ordered the lamb ribs, every bite was straight up fat and burnt. It was covered in a sauce, but it had 0 flavor and was burnt too, and it also took all of 5 minutes to come out. My mother ordered the half chicken, again totally blackened burnt with a charred tomato & onion. Keep it cute with a micro green garnish and stop loading plates with burnt nonsense. Our server was nice enough to take the ribs off the bill, but the audacity of this place to charge what they do. I know montauk has slim pickings for food, but if you want a satisfying dinner avoid this place.

I want to start by saying this is no reflection of my waitress, she was great. I booked my reservation online to take my daughter out for a nice dinner. What a disappointment! We ordered the lamb ribs as an appetizer. They were not hot, they were loaded with fat, and flavorless. I took two bites from two different ribs both not edible. (Our waitress was very nice about it). I ordered the farm raised chicken as my entree. On my plate was burnt chicken with what tasted liked burnt teriyaki. Accompanied on my plate was mashed potatoes(pretty good). Ruined by a mound of greasy cold fried inion topping next to a half a plumb tomato and a quarter red onion. Omit the tomato and piece of onion. It served no purpose and didn’t add to the plating. My daughter got the swordfish and liked it very much. What I ate was not worth the cost. I basically tried for a nice restaurant and only liked the mashed potatoes. I do not recommend this establishment. It is not busy season and the food should have been much better. Sorry I went.

Calamari Salad was excellent. Grilled whole fish was also excellent. Free Range chicken overcooked.

One of my Montauk favorites! Great food & service. I love the pancetta shrimp & all of the salads. The porterhouse & strip steak are both delish!
