“We had the most wonderful stay here over Labor Day weekend! Rob and Jennie are amazing hosts who have made this place wonderful. I love that they had beach chairs and a nice lawn area to chill. The location is stunning with views of the ocean from wherever you are. Laid back, pleasant, and close to town. The rooms are very spacious. I loved the suite. I would highly recommend.”

“me and my family were wanting to go to Montauk and the prices were so expensive for a 2 night stay. on the day that we were going to Montauk, I saw Harborside and decided to check for availability and found the last room available. Everyone was so nice at Harborside, im really glad I got to stay here and will be coming back again!!!”

Juliette was our served us at the pool all day on Saturday and we loved her vibe. All the staff at the pool were great and very friendly.

“While the beach was outstanding and the maids very friendly, our room directly on the beach was one of the rooms not updated completely. It needs more outlets in the living area and outlets to charge your phone or laptop. Other that our trip was outstanding!”

“Just returned and cannot recommend this place enough. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and accommodating. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The chair and beach umbrella service is amazing. So great to not have to pack and lug all that stuff. Guys on the beach super helpful setting it all up for us. We will 100% be back!”

“We return to Room 431 every summer, and it never fails to be the perfect setting for our family getaway. The highlight is without a doubt the panoramic ocean view—we’ve been lucky enough to spot humpback whales and dolphins right from the balcony, an experience that never gets old.
The room itself is spacious and inviting, with a new king-sized bed that feels like sleeping on a cloud. Our kids love the sofa bed with a memory foam mattress, which is just as comfortable as a regular bed.
The property’s amenities make our stays even better. There’s a pool for relaxing afternoons, a sauna and gym for unwinding or staying active, and best of all, a private beach just a short walk down a quiet path. It always feels secluded and peaceful, far from the crowds of the busier public beaches.
Overall, Room 431 strikes the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views. It’s a spot we look forward to returning to year after year, and we highly recommend it for both couples and families.”
“Somehow the Montauk Beach House offers a hot vibe while still being totally chill. This is a hidden gem of Montauk. The setting, outdoor decor, bar, music (both DJ and Live) is amazing...but what makes this place so great is the staff! Starting with the owner, Yannis...he makes every guest feel like a VIP. Nico, the bartender is a wizard with cocktails and is warm and friendly to all. And then there's Emma and Margarana always smiling and engaging, taking the time to talk and listen, no matter how busy working the floor. As opposed to other "it" places in Montauk...the "Beach House" has absolutely no 'tude here. It's a great vibe both day and night. I just hope this review doesn't make my "escape" too crowded.”
“The location is excellent… Just outside of town and right next to a beach entrance. It is very clean and well cared for inside andout and has just about every amenity you could want. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. I love that the pool is heated to the right temperature and the extra indoor and outdoor showers are available, etc.. The experience with my family here was all around excellent. Keep up the good work.”
“This is our first time visiting Montauk after living in Nassau our Entire lives. What an amazing stay! At arrival, there was ample parking. The rooms were very clean and gave off a very homelike vibe. A slight bit dated, but that authentic beachside vibe was spot on! The AC unit worked well. Bathroom was fully stocked. There was a microwave, a stove and oven, living room seating with a sofa bed, cutlery, cookware, a dishwasher, and a fridge. The bed was comfortable and there was even a little dining table near the front window. Staff was very kind and friendly. The communication system was very modern and accomodating while checking in and adhering to any of our needs during the stay. There was nice seating and a table outside of our door. I would recommend this place for a nice stay to view all of the hidden gems here in Montauk. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”
“Fresh, modern rooms with kitchen - including fridge, micro, toaster, plates, utensils, and dish washer - comfy bed with extra blankets, a pull out couch with sheets, flat screen TV, dresser, table and 4 chairs. Very clean. Nice, small bathroom with a large shower and plenty of towels, soaps, and a hair dryer. Light floods the room when the curtains are drawn. Everything worked well! 5 minute walk to the beach, and there is a seasonal pool outside.”

“Sole East Resort is by far the best spot for weekend trips to MTK. My friends and family will only stay here when we visit. At this point, we know all the staff - including Thomas the managing director who is always very accommodating and ensures we have the best stay possible. The pool area is so relaxing, and the poolside service is great if you want to tan, relax, and order food/drinks throughout the day. I’ve also dined at the Sole East restaurant multiple times with girlfriends and my family. They have both indoor and outdoor seating with such amazing and friendly staff! They also bring in talented live music bands and DJs on weekends which is one of my favorite parts about the resort. If you’re wondering where you should stay in MTK, Sole East will never disappoint. And if you’re passing through the area, highly recommend stopping by for the day!”
“Only went here to catch the sunset at the bar on a Friday eve in the off seaon (October 24th).
-Kitchen is closed in off season, but thankfully the bar is open. Cocktails were great!
-Follks definitely start pouring in quickly to watch the sun go down, so arrive at least hour before sunset if you want a seat (off season Friday).
-No dogs allowed unless service animals.”
“I forgot my orthopedic pillow and they kindly mailed it to me upon my request. Cant beat the view no matter what the season. Ive been to the Condos both summer and winter. They are clean and comfortable. Bring yr own blanket to snuggle with on couch while sitting next to fireplace watching the ocean.”

“I would truly stay here every single time I come to Montauk. It's a great location, convenient to beach, downtown bars and restaurants. Cute fire pits at night and complimentary s'mores. Clean rooms (small but all you need). Didn't use the pool so can't speak to that. And got gift cards to use at the Bird on the Roof, which was delicious and unexpected! Highly reccommend for your next Montauk stay.”
