I had them wash and fold my laundry and they lost my favorite 120 dollar tank top. I went to complain and they said they couldn't do anything about.

I put 2 stars for the welcome and the smile of the nice people who work here but for the cleaning of your clothes don't go ! I have my own efficient soap but you are not allowed to use your own soap.The one which is offered (for free) doesn't wash. Sorry, I am not used to write bad comment but I won't come back.

even if the schedule says that they work until 9, they close much earlier and argue that there are no people
