Staff is the best part. We had a minor problem with the room (Wi-Fi was down) and they went above and beyond to make everything right. Many thanks to Carolina. You are fantastic. Also like how spacious the rooms are. Would definitely stay again. Hard to find service and a personalized-feeling experience like this anywhere else. Highly recommended you look into staying here.Nearby activities: Walk to the docks and Goldberg’s

My daughter and grandchildren were camping at Hither Hills when Ophelia demolished their tent. I found the listing for Kenny's Tipperary Inn and made a reservation with crossed fingers hoping it would be okay. My daughter and children were delighted with the accommodations and remarked on the comfort and cleanliness. Kenny's Tipperary Inn is now bookmarked for future travels.

Nice place, but certainly shows the wear and tear of an older inn. Great spot if you need to be in town of any of the marinas. We were greeted by an older gentleman in his rope that looked like we woke him up, at 8:15 in the evening. Rooms are fine, basic but clean. Stairs going up are not good for anyone with vertigo.

Nice affordable Dog friendly place to stay. We book a regular room because we mostly will be outside. In September, the weather isn't too hot and because it's out of season, everything seemed to be good enough, I can enjoy the garden and pool as much as I want. Our regular room is okay, not many amenities. You must check what they will offer you in the room before you book it. I check and prepare everything I need to use that they don't have. The room is small so one AC is good and sometimes we have to turn it off because it is too cold. The motel has great garden spaces, the garden around the pool and the back garden that decorate with Budda statue, beautiful painting and calm music. It was raining during the stay, so they put carpet all over the walkway, so it is wet. Some water drops from the second-floor balcony. And the worst part is next door put his pants outside and smell is TERRIBLE! My dog is freak out during the night because the second floor keep running around and it is very loud. The reception and housekeeper are nice. Somehow my phone has no connection, so I mostly use the place Wi-Fi instead.Overall, I couldn't complain too much because the price we get is good for the pet friendly place to stay in Montauk. If you do the research and compare your options of the place you want to stay, I believe you won't get so much of disappointment.

This motel is close to downtown Montauk but far enough away that there is not a lot of traffic. There were areas to walk near the motel. We will stay here the next time we visit. Just a short walk away is a nice local area with restaurants and water views.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodated whatever we needed. The kitchenette made it convenient for breakfast and making lunches for our day trips. Full refrigerator, microwave, sink and hotplate. This was our 2nd time staying and we'll be back next year as well.

Spent 3 nights at Kenny's for a fishing trip. Location worked out great as the marina is across the street. Room was clean, comfortable and everything appeared to be updated. Shower had great water pressure, plenty of hot water and thick towels. Room included a back door to a patio. Only thing lacking was a microwave in the room, however you can use the hotel microwave in the check-in office. Pool area had plenty of towels and seating. Grill area had multiple grills and tables. There were other small seating areas decorated to be Zen-like. Ice machine door was busted but had tons of ice, which I like. No problem bringing my mini schnauzer dog, pet friendly, even the office dog strolls around. Staff extremely friendly and polite. There appeared to be a second floor deck that would've faced the sunset but I didn't have a chance to check it out. Restaurant onsite but was closed during my stay. Goldbergs deli opens early and is next door. Gosmans restaurant closeby. Small free public beach with free parking also right down the road. Definitely will be back to Kenny's and will look for that upper deck during sunset!

The room was very spacious and we really enjoyed being able to sit outside from the front or the back door! They accommodated an early check in which we appreciate since we were traveling from California.

Visiting Montauk with my birthday girl and three of her friends we had such a peaceful pleasant stay! In my opinion it’s far enough removed from where the partiers and those loud guests we have all encountered stay! The two bedroom apartment was newly renovated, fresh and cool upon entering our room. Fresh and clean bathroom and towels, fresh and clean bedsheets and comforters on the beds with convenient doors on both ends of our room, the front door was right in front of a serene semi covered patio area with spa music, buddha statues, soft lighting hanging plants and palm trees. The back door led to the pool area and meditation pagoda. I can’t wait to return to this little peace of paradise! Staff was so welcoming and organized! Check in area was nice and clean and check in was organized and smooth and have keurig coffee station right there for us. Everything was so well kept and clean there really is nothing I can say that is not positive about Kenny’s Tipperary. Clearly a loved property by its owner, and his polite staff.

Looks nothing like the pictures online. The room isn’t horrible, but the grounds are not well kept. Staff is nasty, unappreciative of your patronage, and not hospitable. The location is also terrible. Spend a bit more and stay at Hartmann’s. You won’t be disappointed.

What can I say?! This was one of the most stress melting hotels I have ever been to. The weather may not have cooperated, but everything else here has. The pool area was clean, and had good hours. The rooms was super clean. Bathroom is small, but practical. My favorite feature here, by far, was the garden where you can watch a beautiful light show, and listen to relaxing spa music at 2 AM. The fountain, wall art, lights and sounds here just bring you ultimate peace of mind. There is also a fire pit, bbqs', and ample space here to keep you feeling serenity. Amazing. The location near Gosman's Dock guarantees quiet.

Booked the 2 bedroom apartment and the reservation we stayed in looks nothing like what’s posted online. What we got was a VERY outdated, dingy apartment that did not have any sort of AC unit or fan in either of the bedrooms. We said something to the front desk staff and all they offered was a tiny desk fan, which really did nothing. Not sure how that’s acceptable to any guest in the summer, but it made sleeping at night very uncomfortable. The rugs were also pretty gross and we saw several ants crawling over surfaces, on the bed and also on our sleeping baby during his nap. There was no view whatsoever from the windows as they had a weird etching so block being able to see put them. The restaurant is also not open for service, which was a huge disappointment cuz with a baby, that was something we were looking forward to for convenience being there’s no other room service. The price paid was definitely not worth the experience we had. The guests above our room were also stomping around middle of the night each night and woke us all up many times. Very inconsiderate. The pool is right outside which was probably the best part of this place, but it was also very cold, so be prepared it’s not heated and it’s cold even in July. Location: except for the docks, it’s really not near anything. So if you have small kids, not the best place. Overall, we will not return here and we will stay somewhere else that has more adequate rooms.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. We paid $600 a night for one night stay at Kenny's Tipperary Inn. I stayed in the one-bedroom apartment with my family (husband and two small children). The room was basic, which is what we expected. There was no rug or carpeting in the room. It would have been nice to at least have a rug in the bedroom. It was very unpleasant walking to the bathroom in the middle of the night on cold tile flooring. My main complaint which is sizable was the bed bugs!! I wake up the next morning to at least 10 bites all over my legs!! We only slept there one night and left in the morning. It was the most uncomfortable experience. I've literally never in my life stayed at a hotel that had bed bugs! Do not stay at this hotel. RUN! JUST DON'T DO IT. Add the ridiculously inflated prices, and I'm over vacationing in Montauk. It's too expensive, and the standards are low.
