In short, this company is a scam. After signing up you cannot reach a human being. They left my mail lying around on the counter, only sorted it 2-3x/ month. It has been a shockingly bad experience that will be costly to undo. RUN AWAY

Crooks and liars, horrible customer service,said they wouldn't charge my account yet & did & charge u almost $20 just identify urself, cancelled my service cause they're inferior website didn't do what it was supposed,then I have to make a long distance call & hold for a long time just to get a refund,1 of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience having a virtual address for my business using ipostal1, the support is too bad, they delegate the support to the location where the address was set, I had way too many issues with the location that managed my mail, the business that operated the box was super bad at handling the mail and it became a real nightmare, now out of the blue they just told me they are reassigning my box to another address, without any prior notice or anything, and I can't get a hold of anyone at ipostal1 to assist...

Everything is technically working but it's super expensive. Additional 5Lb was added to several forwarded packages.Charging $75-$140 for ground shipping is ridiculous for 4lb package. Next day shipping charges over $300 is not acceptable for packages less then 6lb. Image of invoice: $2.95 Images of contents: $3.95 Images of invoice and contents: $5.95.
