  I have been trying to get them to hold up their end of the contract to fix shifted pavers in my patio. This was supposed to be a lifetime guarantee. No response after NUMEROUS texts and calls. Horrible customer service. Especially disappointing considering I paid quite a bit for the work in the first place.

  This contractor is flaky and unreliable! He never showed up for the appointment, didn’t call back, and didn’t even apologize when I called back later. This is unbelievable—how can you trust a contractor who doesn’t care about the customer at all?!
