“Back in September and October of 2024 I noticed my car payment was coming out twice a month I had went into the bank and spoke to a gentleman he went into the account and noticed I had two accounts one auto pay and one I had st up anyway he deleted one of the accounts however that did not work I had to go back to the bank a month later and spoke to someone else his name was Ruben Rodriguez. He listened to my dilemma made some calls completely deleted the second loan on my account and made sure I was refunded all my money from the double car payments. Thank you again sorry for the delay he was there late the bank had closed but he made sure I was taken care of and I really appreciate it”
