What a great experience!My wife and I went in to have some documents notarized. Theresa was extremely pleasant and professional in taking care if our needs.After that transaction, we decided to update some other accounts and spoke to Neha. As she was looking at our accounts, she made us aware of a great deal available that would earn us a lot more money than our current accounts. She was so much fun to talk to and went above and beyond helping us make the funds transfers to our new account.Just an overall wonderful experience. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I was moving and needed to close my accounts. At the time there was a fraudulent charge on my account and a post dated check that was cashed sooner than it was dated. Clearly neither situation was my fault. I was charged two insufficient funds charges. Was moving the next day and could not keep account open. Situation was not handled properly. I should have been refunded both insufficient funds charges however they had to do it . It was an awful banking experience. I do not recommend this bank. I had to deal with the branch manager in this situation but I had always enjoyed dealing with an employee named Josh who had been filling in when they did not have a manager. He was customer friendly.

Worst bank ever just opened an account and I'm already going to close the account received 2 deposits 1 through zelle and 1 wire transfer and they refuse to release any money because it's a new account

Opened a credit card and payed it off and closed it.Went into a branch and told MGR to close it. Come to find out they didnt close it and i got fee'd into the ground.
