Ice machine broken, only thing for breakfast day 1 muffins and apples, day 2 only muffins, day 3 only yogurt, juice machine broken. No desk chair, clean, quiet.

Place was great. The only downside was the lack of toilet paper I went to the bath room and there was NOTHING! The food was ok

This hotel needs renovation 911. The smell coming out from the AC was horrible. I found some small insects coming out of the shower tub. The breakfast is ok

This place is very poorly kept and nasty. They will over charge your room. Breakfast consist of old bagel and hot water. It's a joke!!

Terrible hotel, non smoking room had cigarette burns in the sheets, and the room smelled like pee. the front desk was nice though.

For $209 a night, I would have hoped it was better kept and cleaner. The capet, chairs, furniture, and bathrooms are heavily worn, and it shows. The room was obviously used as a smoking room with burn holes and smell throughout. Extensive water damage around the shower and tub. It worked for a quick night's sleep but not worth the price.

Me and the family was on a road trip and we decided to spend the night at the Super 8 in Montgomery, NY, we needed room with 2 beds. We were very surprised with the walk in rate at $177.00 plus tax with total charge of $200.03 for one night for 3 people with no pets, since it was late we decided to give it a try.
The room was awful, the bathroom door would not close, the toilet was Shakey and the carpet was very filthy, the only positive aspect of this stay that was okay it was the beds, the mattress was fair and the sheets ,pillows were nice and clean, but the overall value and experience was sucks!! Now I learned a valuable lesson is to never again to make a walk in reservation or got to a Super 8 Motel ever again !!

I checked into the hotel and everything seemed okay. I wasn't looking for the Taj mahal but I was looking for something better than what I got. The lobby was nice the associate at the counter was very pleasant and got me checked in quickly. There is no elevator so I went to the stairs and that is where the problem started. The stairs creaked and sagged and felt like I was going to fall through the floor. It also had a dirty look and a musty smell that was overpowering. That did not stop once I got to the second floor. The musty rank smell when all the way to my room and into my room. When I walked into the room, the room was probably 90 plus degrees. I turn on the air conditioner and it seemed like it was blowing cold air so I am sure the room would have cooled off but I would think that the property manager would keep the room somewhat comfortable before I walked in. I sat down on the bed which was comfortable. The linens were clean. However, I felt like I was being bitten almost immediately. This might be psychosomatic or some unknown bug but it was enough for me. I made a reservation at another hotel and checked out about 10 minutes after I checked in.

Worst place to stay. Rooms are like straight from a haunted movie. Loud noice from neighboring rooms, Rooms are dark, carpet uprooted, nothing to see out of window, very dirty. Breakfast had nothing, juice machine not working, toaster not working. Please stay away at any cost.

Not worth the 15,000 Wyndham points we had to use
Staff was really good especially Emily
