I was very happy with my experience using UPack. The flexibility of the truck size and “pay for what you use” system was a total game changer compared to other moving/storage companies I looked into. They didn’t require a big advance for reservations, which made the process so much more convenient and stress free. Customer service was fast, patient, and most importantly flexible, allowing me to make changes to my reservation on short notice.
The entire process was easy, convenient, and flexible from start to finish. Highly recommend UPack for long distance and large item moves and will definitely be using them again in the future!

UPack far exceeded my expectations. I used UHaul's UBox service in the past in 2021. Not only was UPack less expensive, they're customer support was outstanding. When calling UHaul, I would wait a MINIMUM of 20 minutes on hold, and sometimes up to 45 minutes before speaking with an agent. UPack's agents answered their phones almost immediately. Agents were knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The online communication was also outstanding, with info about the move all laid out and easy to understand. UPack's policies are also more flexible than UHaul.

I can't say enough of how this move went. I would highly recommend this company. From the delivery to drop off it was flawless. The only thing was the pod dimensions given was for the outside not the inside. Which caused a bit of a dilemma for the size couch we had. Other then that everything was great. Thank you Upack!

Have had two great experiences with Upack over the last two years. In 2022, used UPack to help complete my house move. Pricing and Relocubes were great for all my items. Even used storage for a few months due to timing to move into my home. Most recently used Upack for packing up a home before selling. Great value. Wasn't sure just how much storage I needed, great feature of only getting charged for the cubes you use. Delivery and pick up crews have been very professional and no damaged items. Would highly recommend.

Easy from start to finish. Very helpful over the phone. Driver who dropped off truck was helpful and informative. The only problem was two missing pins to secure the partition which I was able to supply. I needed a you tube to see how the partition went up. Delivery was made without an issue. What a great service!

Professionals from start to finish! If you don't mind doing the heavy lifting this is the way to go! You also need to know how to pack and stack, boxes need to be full, and heavy boxes on the bottom! any damage is on you! Unless they crash the truck!! We had taken extra insurance with our homeowners policy pre trip pretty cheap. I think their (upacK) insurance coverage is limited. Great service, great business plan, No complaints.

I used U-Pack trailer to move from New York to California and it was such a great option. I was impressed with their communication and process. They had great ideas (timing) and were flexible (to the point at which they could be) in a slight change in my schedule. The drivers who came to drop off and pick up, literally coast to coast, were friendly and professional. Both of my locations weren't ideal in that one had low wires and the other a condominium complex, but both drivers were awesome. I would be careful or thoughtful in the packing process. I hired movers on both ends and maybe my packers weren't the most experienced on packing a trailer. That is where I would be cautionary and diligent. It is a trailer. Nothing fancy. Packing blankets are a must. Sturdy boxes a must. Straps or cords a must. My stuff made it but it was in a precarious position when we opened trailer. The driver said "I've seen worse". Nothing was permanently damaged but some stuff a little more worn than when it started. Again, that was a packing issue NOT a U-Pack issue. I will definitely use U-Pack again.

U-pack was the most economical way to go for my move from NY to Fl. They were on time and friendly over the phone and in person. The process is easy to book and Pay for their service. Trucks are clean and they give you ample time to pack the truck and unload the truck. I would definitely use them again if needed.

From one end of the country to the other, the service we received from ABF was stellar. In PA, the driver was an ace, backing our container into a difficult situation. The trip across country was quicker than anticipated, and when the NM driver had a mechanical issue with his tractor, ABF found a replacement driver to deliver our container just a few hours late. Every call I made, whether to one of the local depots or to the central office was handled professionally and all of my questions were answered. I wish more service companies were this well run. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, it will be with ABF.

From the customer service at the call centers, to the super friendly drivers who dropped off and picked up our trailer, these guys were awesome. Super nice, flexible, and great customer care. I def recommend.

The employees at the Montgomery Terminal were friendly, accommodating and made the load in as easy as possible. Pod left and arrived on time. Extremely happy with the experience!

We moved from Newburgh NY to South Florida and from the very first call inquiring about their service to the very last pick up of an empty relo cube this company was never short of superior. There are so many things to say about their impeccable service but the best is how friendly each distribution center was and how everyone stayed in contact through the whole process. Top notch company!!
