The absolute worst freight company on the planet

I was scheduled to have a delivery yesterday and was told to leave a note on the door to leave it outside. I left the note on the door and the delivery did not come. I called the call center twice to find out what happened and was finally told it was unsafe to leave the delivery. Then I was told someone would call me soon to figure it out since I cannot reach the terminal directly. The next day I call again because I never received a call and am told that they couldn't leave the package because my driveway has a hill and I need to be there to help unload the packages. Sure, my driveway has a hill, but there are plenty of flat areas it could have been left. Also, I have to be there to unload the packages? I don't work for this company. They only send one person out to do the deliveries, perhaps it requires two and not customers taking off work to do labor for the company. In addition, they can't come out for another week because that's just when they come this way. How about make an exception since you not only didn't leave the delivery but never called to re-attempt. We'll see if I get it. Look elsewhere if you want good service with straightforward communication.

We paid tforce to deliver a pallet from California to a residence in Newburgh New York. They got the pallet all the way to Montgomery New York. It then sat on their dock. They did not call the sender or the recipient. When the residential customer called to see why it was late they were told the pallet was being sent back to California because the pallet was too tall for their truck. Montgomery is only 20 minutes from Newburgh. Tforce couldn't or wouldn't deliver it. The customer had to beg for the pallet not to be shipped back across the country. Then they had to borrow a truck and pick it up from the dock themselves. They were so upset with us. I'm sure tforce is fine for most companies but I don't think our company will ever use them again. We can't have our customers treated that way.

**Frustrating Experience with Tforce **
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Tforce . I arrived at their facility yesterday at 9 AM to drop off my trailer, expecting to get my back trailer within the promised 4-8 hours. Fast forward more than 24 hours later, and I'm still waiting.
Communication has been virtually non-existent; I haven't received any updates or explanations. To make matters worse, because they failed to provide my trailer back on time, I had to cancel my next load, which is now forcing me to stay here over the weekend. This has not only wasted my time but also impacted my schedule and income.
If you’re considering working with Tforce or , I would strongly advise you to think twice. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

I'm an Evans worker an this place absolutely sucks!! Try waiting 8 hours just for an empty. Cause a lazy guy name Darius hates truck drivers. He shouldn't even be in that position. Tells owner operators that's they aren't his priority to go wait in their truck or leave very rude.

I went to 11 trailer to find good one to drive back to OH on 21 degree cold. The guy in the dispatch office is absolutely ignorant, will not give any instructions. it sounds like it cost money for him to speaks.
