While some customers enjoy additional discounts for being regulars, there have been mixed feelings about certain staff members. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was snow removal from the parking lot. I know there was a snowstorm but there was still a lot of snow in the parking lot especially the entrancing and exiting. Other business I visited that day after leaving was better at clearing the snow from the parking lot.
