Can't be bothered to read the BOL, sends full size truck when pup truck needed and paid for. This has happened repeatedly with our shipments.Update: when they finally sent the right size truck, obstinate driver refused to use loading dock and caused traffic jam with our neighbors.

Judging by their already 3 star rating …. And the many previous negative reviews they won’t care about one more but here we go! I ordered a machine worth $3,000 they called me to schedule the delivery no call no show…. Them no calling and not showing was just the beginning of what is the worst costumer experience I’ve ever had. When they rescheduled our delivery for a week later and they finally showed up, 2 hours later then after the 5 hour window they gave they left the $3,000 machine in the parking lot of my complex curbside delivery means they decide what curb. When my husband called and got Lisa on the phone who I honestly don’t know how she has a job!! He was told we were lucky they didn’t leave it at the entrance of the complex and that we could refuse the delivery. She obviously could not care less from the first missed delivery, the parking lot drop off and Lisa who was the real cherry on top …. I would say pick any other company but they know you don’t have a choice …. I can just hope their terrible costumer service catches up with them and they go out of business no other company would deserve it more!!

I received a call that they would be at my house at 1:30. I called them back at 2:30 because nobody arrived yet. They then said the delivery would be closer to 3:30 because they were running behind. I did not understand why they made the first call then. After a couple of more hours they finally arrived at 5:45 and once they arrived they refused to pull into the driveway. They were delivering a 350lb. bathtub and wanted to leave it 550' from my house. They said this is their policy which does not make any sense when you are a delivery company. I would highly recommend not using this company and hope Kohler decides to find a different company to deliver their products.

Do NOT use this company for delivery of anything. They will damage your property, leave the delivery in the middle of the room, refuse to take the old item, go the incorrect address, not load the truck on the scheduled day, show up on the wrong day and even drive away with your merchandise without carrying it upstairs when they feel like it! Calling is futile. THE WORST experience.
