Although I am still waiting for reward points that should not have been taken away from me (1948 to be exact) they were able to give me courtesy points in the mean time that helped with one day free and the two workers at the Monticello location (Jeanine and a gentleman that I forgot his exact name) gave me a upgraded car for no extra charge. Extended the car was very easy and I like that you get updated text from enterprise about your rental. The app is also very easy to navigate through and very helpful/useful.”
