Purchased a steering rack and found a defect with the part. The store couldn't order another steering rack as all were sold out for the vehicle. After run arounds with previous managers the manager handled the concerns with ease and had great customer service, even with a few laughs. The employees help when the product is sold out, find a place and solve the problem, even for an emergency tire need. Guys were at AutoZone and advanced Auto and never got the professional service like at NAPA in Monticello NY. The store has parts in stock when other stores are sold out, such as exhaust flanges, and the employees actually know about vehicles. The best automotive parts and great service.
Went in for the first time and John did not hesitate to come outside to help me,and answer any concerns about the car,will definitely come back in the future,thanks again John!!

I went there today to ask some question. Red was so helpful and kind...and the Manager went above and beyond to try and help me! Whenever I am in the area and I need something for my car I'm going to go there! Excellent customer setvice!!!
