Where do I begin.. We came in on Sunday and checked in at 3:55pm. At check in we were told that our room is not ready and we will receive a phone call once it is. I waited an hour and no phone call. I had to stand up in the line for 15 minutes to get back u to the front desk to ask about our room which was still not ready. We waited a total of 2 hours and a half to get our room with no phone call. I had to constantly be checking with the front desk to see if the room was ready. The food sucked. We went to Eat Eat Eat for breakfast and they barely had anything. We had to drive 30 minutes to get food daily. The water park is not bad but the service is terrible.

I wanted to love this place cause infrastructurally it could be great. We are here now and It felt like they opened up on their off days for spring break for a money grab with no concern if it was going to be a good experience or would logistically work with the staff they have. Our room wasn’t ready at check in. Half the restaurants weren’t open even though there is no where locally to travel to eat remotely close. Nancy was lovely but we sat at 6:30 and our food was given to us an 8:05. When it arrived half of it was cold and burnt and the cold stuff sat under a warmer so the salads were hot. With everything closing so early we missed out of two hours of being able to do anything before it closed. The menu is very limited, maybe 5-6 entrees, at the only restaurant open so two of our party tried to get food at the buffet which is in a shared area and they weren’t allowed to pay for it and bring it to our table here. The staff argued about it publicly. They charge 20% gratuity automatically to all bills regardless so unsure why it makes a difference where it’s eaten they were not going to lose out on a tip. Our waitress recognized this was poor customer service and she was okay with it and the cashier Fabio at the buffet was the problem. At lunch, the bar and grill in the waterpark actually ran out of food. We paid for food at the kiosk and when got up to the counter it was all sold out so we took whatever we could get. Money wise we spent more than we got. But she was having a really hard time so we didn’t want to add to the problem. None of the hours were extended on anything that was open given it was spring break, they opened on their off days to line their pockets with no preparation for it and had a limited staff. They are cashless but charge a 3% fee for cards. If you don’t have a choice to pay another way why is it an add on? Overall it hasn’t been a great experience will give tomorrow another chance but realistically will not return. There is too many better options to pay the price we did for what we received. They did themselves a disservice by trying to make an extra buck opening when they couldn’t perform.

I was disappointed after our trip to the Kartrite. Read all the reviews prior to our trip and was underwhelmed once we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive. The facility was clean and modern. That being said they were understaffed and only had one restaurant open each night. Many families had to drive to local restaurants or ordered door dash from my observation since seating at the only open restaurant was limited. Large bar in lobby with no bartenders available. Food was below average and pricey. Candy/ice cream shop had little variety and most of the ice creams were at the bottom of the barrel with barely any left. Would I revisit….not likely.Rooms: Room was clean and spacious.Food & drinks: Limited options and all restaurants located in facility seemed to offer same items. Ordered burger from 2 different restaurants and was almost identical down to the bun.

Loved the waterpark and arcade. We ate dinner off the resort. The waterpark could have used better cleaning. There is a restaurant and people walk around with food or to their table and there was food on the floor which was gross when walking around and stepping over food. On our second day we went in right at opening and there was trash still on the floor from the nigh before and trash on too of the garbage cans. Ither complaint is the 3% credit card processing fee, seriously how else would you pay. We expect the normal resort and hotel feels but that fee made us feel like it was another to get more money for no reason. Everything is cashless so how else would you pay. Overall we would go back and had fun but disappointed in the food and trash on the floor and it wasn’t food brought in.. french fries, whole pizza boxes, dipping sauce containers ). Also the fee for booking with a credit card seemed like a rip off.

This was definitely a one and done. This overpriced resort was the worst experience of my life. It is definitely not a resort for teenage boys. They do not have 11 slides like they advertise on their website. My kids hated it. If I could’ve got my money back before, they finally checked me in after I was there for six hours, I would’ve taken my money back and left. Tried to make the best of it for my two children. But the front desk staff were rude. The pool bar bartender was a male chauvinist pig. They did not have enough chairs on the first level to accommodate the amount of people they let into the waterpark. The lifeguard at the Flowrider was obviously being paid off by parents so that their children could stay on as long as they wanted. The food was way overpriced. The only plus was that my child with food allergies was able to eat at the restaurant in the pool area. as I said, this was a one and done I will never return and I will tell everyone I know to never go to this place.

So where do i start? The bath towels were nasty. There were like red/brownish stains all over it was so disgusting. The pack and play also has brown stains all over the sides and only God know what the heck were those. They only clean the room every 3rd day so if you’re staying for two nights then you’re on your own. Also, they need to extend the pool hours coz most of your guests like us are coming back from Legoland so when we come back to hotel, we would like to spend longer in the pool. Overall, I don’t recommend this hotel. Spend your hard earned money somewhere.

Ridiculously expensive and horrendously dirty. The help is rude and angry. We will never be back and will be happy to share our experience wherever we go!!!!

Spent the night here for my youngest birthday and we had a blast. When I booked over the phone they had asked if we were celebrating anything special, told them a birthday, when we arrived and I checked in Sarah attended me and noticed in the notes that we were celebrating a birthday and she went and gifted my child a Kartrite stuffed animal with a birthday pin. Sarah was super sweet and a delight to interact with. Food inside is pricey so keep that in mind. A cheese pizza pie is $25, $4 for a fountain drink cup, and we ate breakfast at their buffet to avoid putting the kids in and out the car and for convenience. For 3 kids and 3 adults was $142!!! This included an automatic $22 gratuity charge and taxes. Breakfast food was really good just in my opinion over priced. Staff and place overall is very friendly and clean.

The best thing was the staff. They were all very nice and friendly. Kareem at the food place in the park was especially helpful and remembered us the next day which felt nice. The resort is great. Small and manageable. At full capacity, it didn’t seem that crowded unless you were looking for a table. A few weird things like the clocks are all wrong and they didn’t turn on the ceiling fans when it was 110 degrees on the stairs to the rides. But otherwise, it was a great weekend.

Overall this place was great for the majority the stadf was great. We showed up walked right up to the checkin around 11:15 it was early they said the room would be ready in an hour it ended up being almost 3 which was fine because we had been spending time at the water park. The water park is great for little ones my 20 month old loved the small slides and my 4 year old went down most of the big ones. For the most part your little ones won't need a swim vest my older one did want to swim the lazy river so that is the only time we had him wear a vest. There are life guards stationed all over as well it is nearly impossible for anyone child or adult to have a drowning incident on the lazy river there is a life guard practically every 10 feet. Food is a but pricey we are familiar with the area so we ate local for the most part. The arcade and game area is big but the machines are a bit pricey and you run through credits very fast managed to get away with spenind only $120 across 2 days of arcade it is a lot of money but the kids enjoyed the games which are all very new up to date and well maintained did not see a single out of order machine. The Staff was great through out the hotel the only staff member we had an issue with was the lady manning the omelet station at the breakfast buffet she looked miserable and like she didn't want to be there, there were 3 pans to make omelets but she insisted on making one at a time and just staring it down as it cooked. My wife waited 10 minutes to try to order an omelet but gave up and moved on. The breakfast buffet I think it was a bit expensive especially considering a large party of it is what would be found at a free continental in most hotel chains. I would stick to local restaurants if anything Sorella Italian is a nearby one worth the short drive. The rooms were nice and clean the shower stall is an odd option considering this is a childrens oriented hotel our bathroom flooded so eaily with only a curtain and next to no lip to hold the water in the shower. The hallways were smelly the first day as some other reviewers have stated "eggish smell" but it was raining that day could be a moisture issue of some sort the smell only was around the beginning of the first day did not notice it day 2 or 3 our check out day. Definitely would come here again hotel and park priced nicely and a tad shorter drive & cheaper than a great wolf stay. The park is smaller but it gets the job done the lack of a regular pool or just a wave pool area is odd to relaxin is odd.

This is the 2nd time I bought the participants and their families from my program to this resort...and Danielle & her team didn't disappoint! We had a marvelous time, were comfortable in our cabana, the Cafe gave us more than enough food per person with our vouchers ( and it was delicious you have got to try the salads..very fresh) the chicken fingers & pizza were fan favorites! This place is a 10/10! Hoped trip #3 will be an overnight can't wait to see what those activities are like. Book your group trips with Danielle Schwartz...she's the best!Safety: Enclosed facility that allows you to keep a sharp eye on your party.Food & drinks: Absolutely delicious and plentiful!Noteworthy details: Book with Danielle!

I decided to give it a try on March 16, 2024. Overall, very dissatisfied with my experience at this resort. Check-in was 2 hours late. The room was fair, but the aisle stank with a terrible odor, as if a dog had pooped all in the corridor. But that wasn't all; after checking out, I found a $241 charge to my bank account. The deposit was supposed to be $150, not the latter amount. Trying to reach their customer service/front desk, they were helpless and very rude. None could help me, and they gave me different type of excuses. The most bizarre one was that the difference came from my bank that charge 3% fee on all credit card transactions that I do inside and outside the resort and they were entitle to charge me that. Even if that was true, the math did not add up. In short, it is not worth the headache to visit this place.

Food & drinks: Food was ok, nothing spectacular but not horrible
