“Robert, Renee and Tom were more than helpful. Had trouble with our tow vehicle while we were in the area for the 6 hours of the Glen. They diagnosed the EGR sensor, ordered the parts we needed, expedited the delivery and were genuinely concerned that we got everything up and running. So grateful to find good folks like them when we're 1200 miles from home!”

“When you’re broken down on the road, whether it’s a major or minor issue, and you’re far from home, coming in contact with people who care and are interested in solving problems, is a rare find and SO comforting! This is exactly what we found with Fleet Pride in Montour Falls! Between the sheared lug studs and a trailer wheel hub issue, we needed an immediate fix . Our interchange started with Emily, and her tone, expertise and can do attitude was spot on! The entire team did a fantastic job at getting us back up and running, and we are so grateful. The customer service and value for the work done was superb! Thank you SO very much Mac n Emily!! Tom n Angela”

“Good customer service is important, and the staff here definitely understands that. The counter staff are smart and friendly and helped me get back on the road with a new coil for my 16 year old Buick.Highly recommended!”
