I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I was able to! The movers they sent were fast and very friendly and did our move in less time and for less money than they originally quoted. We are very happy and will be sure to spread the word about them. Thank you again Smooth Move!

Very bad experience. Told me price was $150/hr and night before said oh no, that's our base price for 2 guys. We need 4 guys so the price is $300/ hr. Had no option to cancel because I had to move the next day. Had originally told me the move would take 6-7 hrs but the on moving day it took 10 hrs. Broket the bottom off of two sturdy wood dressers by dragging them ( had to pay someone to repair the furniture) and dropped my Maytag washer destroying it, water just runs out of the bottom now ( it was working perfectly the day before). Cracked an antique stand in half, and broke a free standing small heating stove and didn't even tell me. The guys from Smooth Move were not professional movers. The move was anything but smooth. Use someone else to move your belongings if you have anything you value and care about. This was a very expensive and stressful move!

Being a fairly self sufficient person, I had never used a moving service before, but I am so happy I decided to book with Smooth Move for my first experience. Booking was fast and easy. On the day the movers were professional and courteous. They put their noses to the grindstone and got the job done in no time. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.

No body likes to move but Smooth Move helped so much; wouldn’t have been able to do it without them. From the beginning of asking what I needed and how they could help, quick responses; even flexible to me asking to reschedule. The guys worked super fast and efficient and cost was what I was hoping for. Really liked how they provided the moving blankets and straps, and especially the taking beds and couch apart AND reassembled at the new place. So thankful for the Smooth Move!

They helped me load a truck up from my garage to take the items to a storage unit. The two guys they sent (Matt & Tyler) were amazing! I wasn't sure we could get everything into the truck I rented, but they made it all fit perfectly and completely damage free.
