This is my favorite post office in the area. All of the employees are very nice and helpful. Good attitudes. It is a pleasure to drop off packages here.

I didn't know that somebody can change your address without you going down in filling out a piece of paper but this post office has never received my taxes in the mail for for September thank God I could go down to the bank water bill was sent back stating that I moved i never moved I don't expect to get any of my other taxes in the mail so I'm preparing myself to survive without the post office I think that's something we all need to learn how to do

We received no mail for five consecutive days, even though Informed Delivery indicated mail should have been delivered each of those days. I have visited the post office and called them several times, but in spite of promises that our mail will be delivered, it wasn't delivered at all. We finally started getting mail at the end of the week (delivered at 7:10 p.m. on Saturday), but none of the mail from the rest of the week arrived. Where is it?

Cold Day in Hades before I ever use this location again. There's a definiteattitude problem in this place.My package was refused for mailing because of the type of box I used.Funny how I was able to mail that same box at the USPS just 3 milesaway and there was no issue with the carton type.Do yourself a favor, use the Watkins Glen PO, instead.It's worth the trip to deal with nice people.

Postman handed 2 packages to someone else. When I went to pick up my delivery later in the day, postman said he had given them to someone he didn’t know! More care is taken at a fast food restaurant with $5 sandwich! BUT postman gets benefits, retirement, and living wages?♀️ ANGRY!

Post lady was really rude about holding on other people's mail and handing it over to her in person so the mail won't be stolen

Excellent service every time. Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service representative. The guy that clerks there Clint, is always helpful and generous with his time a credit to the organization.

Went in this morning to send a return. The lady at the desk seemed very annoyed that I had accidentally bent the tracking code on my package. She stated because of this, no one would be able to track it, even though all she had to do was punch in a few numbers. She made me feel like an idiot, was very rude and unprofessional. There was no need to act this way when you’re working with the public. An embarrassment to her profession. After I contacted the company I was sending it to, they literally laughed at her behavior and stated, they would receive it just fine. If you cannot treat your customers with respect, you shouldn’t be working in public service.
