“Lou (the owner), and this shop is an absolute one of a kind. He told me to shoot him a text, and later that day I was at the shop with him for several hours of one-on-one attention as he gave me incredibly insightful and experienced advice to help me pick my next bike. He got me a slice of pizza, took me up the trails behind the shop to demo a ripmo back to back against my current ride, and is on all accounts one of the kindest, most knowledgeable, and most sincere people I've ever met. Could not recommend more.”
