“The women who work here are the kindest and most patient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at a post office. I will never use my local post offices again because this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They helped me use up old postage I ordered incorrectly so I could mail several packages without wasting it or buying new stamps. They were patient and kind and pleasant with everyone. We had a lovely conversation while they helped me and I honestly can’t say enough nice things. Best post office in the COUNTY!!! “I asked THE UPS STORE #5527 to arrange the collection, packaging and despatch of a print I had bought at auction. It was framed. The initial estimate covered the cost of packaging a highly breakable frame. I didn’t want the frame and asked my contact at UPS if he could remove it and send the print rolled in a tube. I expected the normal bureaucratic procedural response: ‘ we do not interfere in customer’s items ..’ etc etc. but no, not at the all: the extremely friendly intelligent and responsive UPS person said he would take the print out and send it frameless and thus reduced the costs by 60% ! Not only that but throughout this interaction he guided me through the nuances of the payment system and other potential problems

Many organisations - often while they are making you wait hours to talk one of their operatives- claim that ‘customer service is our priority’. This usually rings false; profits and share prices are their priority. But in the case of THE UPS STORE #5527 this mantra is true !”
“I had to come do a review because folks tend to review only with bad experiences and not good ones. I come to this post office because it's close to us, closes at 3 on Saturdays, and the folks behind the desk are so helpful and nice. Never have had an issue and I've had service by different personnel. I like this over any other post office in Rockland... especially palisades mall where one person in particular is rude and miserable.”
