“I cannot say enough good things about the team here. My truck was out of alignment, they performed an alignment. A few days later I had a nail in a tire and took it somewhere close to my office, lo and behold, they screwed something up. Was shaking and wobbling at highway speed. Took it back to Corsi and blamed the plug fix, but they re-balanced all my tires and re-aligned me for FREE. Another few weeks later front tire wearing on just the outside. I take it back to them and ask them for a full front end inspection and re-align the front. I told them I think there's something wrong with the truck, not their work. They aligned me again for FREE. I insisted I wanted to pay but they refused. They insist they stand behind their work and they DO!!!!”

“Stopped in early Saturday morning with what i thought was a slow leak. Team was super welcoming and were able to get me in and out in 30 minutes. They inspected and plugged the tire and did a check up on the vehicle while it was lifted.
I also observed them engaging with other walk-ins and appointments clearly communicating time expectations.”
“I went to the shop in person asking when I could bring my vehicle in for an oil change. I was told it could be done right then. I was not able to stay at that time. Eugene said come back when you can and we will take care of your car. I came back a few hours later and was taken right away. In addition to an oil change, all the fluids were topped off. The entire experience was professional, comfortable and done in a timely manner. This is a great shop and the mechanics are wonderful.”

“Went in for a 20k mile maintenance service - inspections and brake fluids flush. Not sure if this is typical for this type of work but it took 2 hours - which felt kinda long. Can't comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, good experience, staff were helpful and process was pretty straight forward: hand over car, wait, pay and leave.”

Henry Kulle Inc, put the tire on a new rim, balanced the tire, rotated all my tires, and did a full wheel alignment while I waited in under an hour for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. Will be back for all my tire/wheel needs. Very impressed.”

“I can't believe there are any negative reviews of Caliber Tire and Auto Service. My family has used them for years for all three of our cars. They have been excellent at fixing any problems we have. We have not found them expensive at all. You get what you pay for and they have never failed to fix our cars or to alert us of other problems they have found. They don't fix things that aren't necessary. I highly recommend them. My only one small complaint is that when you pick up your car, other car owners might ding your car with their car, which happened to my $70,000 car. Owners park and pick up their own car in the lot. We asked if we could park my car away from the other cars and they were fine with that. They felt bad my car got dinged by another customer. I have not found them to be expensive. You get what you pay for and our cars always need something fixed over many years and many cars we've owned. Never had any real problems using Caliber Tires. They are very quick at fixing your car and usually it's the same day. You don't get that at many other places and that's why they are worth it. I also never had a problem with anything they have fixed. They have always been very friendly.”
