I’ve been meaning to leave this review for weeks, and I am just getting around to it now, but I used Harry to tow my car after getting a flat tire on William Floyd parkway on 7/17/24. My grandma had just died that morning, so it was the cherry on top of a terrible day. I had groceries in the car, so my boyfriend came and picked me up with the groceries. I called Harry and told him I left him an envelope of cash, with the keys in the glove box (I trusted all of the 5 star reviews). Thankfully, he did not disappoint. He got to my car in less than 20 minutes after I called him, and had it at the tire place in a half hour. I met him there, and he was one of the nicest most genuinely kind people i have ever met in my life. I’m so grateful he was the person I chose off of google to help me that day. He treated me like family and made a really dark day a little brighter.

Harry provided tremendous customer service at an excellent price. My F-150 required a tow and Harry arrived within 25 minutes after my first phone call. I highly recommend his professionalism and ability to deliver in a moments notice.

Triple A couldn’t get us a tow the night of July 3rd- stuck out East 50 miles away from home !
We called H & H and Harry really cared. He came as early as he could July 4th and drove us home as well! After a horrible night spent in our car , Harry was fun and interesting to talk to. He made our long trip home an enjoyable experience. We are really glad we contacted him and will probably call him instead of Triple A if it happens again!!!

When you need a tow, don’t second think. I have dealt with companies before through my roadside service and not that will upcarge you to make more money. Harry was not that type of person. He cared enough about me to push off two other jobs he had lined up and come tow me to get my car looked at. Great personality and has been doing this for 53 years so he is a practiced and true professional. My only regret is the trip wasn’t a bit longer. Trust this man if you need a hand. Highly recommend.

Harry was amazing and his service was even better. 3 girls and a newborn broken down after vacation where we don't know anyone. Harry was so patient with us while we unpacked our car and waited for our ride to come and get us. He then brought us to a mechanic he does business with for years. He made us feel very comfortable and would recommend him to anyone!Service: Car towing
