“This was my first time going here tonight on a whim, and I'm glad I trusted my instincts. I was told by another shop that I've used frequently, that I needed a new tire. I had a nail in it and it couldn't be plugged or repaired. They said they'd order me a tire ($193 for the tire and a balance). I called several times and got the run around. So I said, this doesn't seem right and I called Firestone. They got me in right away (like 30 minutes before closing ), took my van in and repaired the tire and saved me $170!!!!! Nick the owner was so nice, and so professional. They will now continue to get my business because they made me so comfortable and did right by me. Thanks again Firestone for being an exemplary business. You should teach other people how to run businesses.”
