I’ve bought tires through out the years and always have been very happy, just had work done on my car today because other mechanic didn’t tell me I needed a control arm. Rogers let me know tired weren’t what I needed and didn’t charge me. I will get all my work done here from now on, the guys and Roger of course are good humans for real.

The a solute worst customer service I've ever experienced . Just had 4 tubes installed, then a flat, because they didn't know what they were doing. Then they did my brakes, both axeles, a d again they don't know what they are doing, and return the vehicle to me without emergency brake. When I try to speak to the mechanic, he turns and walks out of the building, as I'm speaking to him. This is what I call the obtuse old, grey haired man. This is the last dealings I'll have with them, except to criticize their lack o knowledge, customer service, and professionalism!?♂️I use this because it symbolizes the worms at roger tired tires.
